In-App Purchases: CouchStream offers monthly and yearly subscriptions through in-app purchases. These subscriptions provide access to exclusive features and content within the app. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase.
Refunds for in-app purchases may be requested in accordance with Apple's App Store policies.
Changes to the Terms of Use: We reserve the right to update these terms of use at any time. Your continued use of CouchStream following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
Limitation of Liability: CouchStream and its affiliates will not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the app.
Termination: We may, in our sole discretion, at any time terminate or suspend all or a portion of CouchStream, or your use of all or a portion of the app, with or without notice and with or without cause.
Governing Law: These terms of use will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of switzerland, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law
